550 Series - Carve

Chemetal Carve is a collection of CNC cut designs on thicker .09” aluminum panels. They’re metallic powder coated or ALU (blackened) aluminum. Many colors and custom solutions: RAL color matching, scaled pattern size, optional frame system, design and fabricate panels to meet project specs and design intent. 

These designs don’t require traditional layup on MDF, the metal is rigid enough to be mechanically fastened to framework, walls, etc. Click thumbnails to learn more and order samples.
