Customer Service Manager
Chemetal / Treefrog / InteriorArts, three brands that make and sell interior design materials, is looking for a Customer Service Manager at their Easthampton location.
The Customer Service Manager manages the Customer Service Team to schedule distributor orders and work closely with designers, architects and our distributor contacts.
It’s an important and fulfilling job, and you will interact closely with Sales, Production, Scheduling, Shipping and other departments. This is a hands-on position, and you’ll be managing accounts alongside the CS team, overseeing all accounts and creating solutions when needed.
We seek an enthusiastic person with excellent customer email and phone skills, computer proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Experience managing people, problem solving and a sense of humor is always beneficial in this busy family business.
This is a good opportunity for someone who is currently working in customer service, customer service management or office or sales management role. Experience managing small teams as well as a background in architectural, interior design or building materials is a big plus.
